I feel this course is not beneficial to me as I do not use the internet system at work in my job role and at home my wife has an iPad which allows me to do this training but I myself own a basic feature phone which I am happy with.
Allowing people to study at their own pace is important. I'd also consider it an accessibility requirement to present content in multiple media. Having a man drone on at a slow pace for a long-term is presumably intended as a mechanism to require people to study the content but is counter-productive for learning.
See above.
When re-taking these certs, the option to take the test straight from the get go should be a feature. If any questions are answered incorrectly then you have to take the training. If this was the first time taking the training I can understand forcing the training, but think about the media player having speed controls on them as well so x1.5/2.0 speeds etc.The above is a fair compromise to me as this training is a bloated, un-skippable time sink in my opinion.

Way to long should of only been 10mins max
generation of your secure password was weak easy for computers to crack hard to remember setting a "Pass Phase" is much better at 18 chars or better. password strength is worked out from entropy bits. yours had a very low score.VPN's don't use Fake IP addresses and as such are factually incorrect and misrepresentation.Zero information about the importance of locking your computer when you leave it. in your video, it even shows somebody doing it in the USB section shame this wasn't picked up internally. Zero information about really checking spam emails. you need to look at the message headers, look at dkim, sfp etc.Zero information about risk of file sharing and not using email as a file sharing tool.social media elements didn't cover risks of 3rd party tagging you in photo's issues with geo tagging publishing your date of birth etc.Zero information about physical security and equipment tamper detection.all in this is a massive can-do better.
This was long over winded and very common sense and a lot of talking to listen to
All in all a poor way to attempt to 'train' people. Send out relentless fake emails to trip people up, then force them to watch the same video they already have (and obviously didn't learn anything from), all the while threatening their job if they don't finish the training in time. Also, the video froze/crashed multiple times for me whilst attempting to 'learn'
