Tiring course compared to some.
The training videos are engaging throughout with clear information and dialogues. It is nice to see that the information is very accessible, with options for visual, audible or written learning.
Lots of information - maybe some one word take out notes would be good
Very useful, but I think it could benefit from a distinction between completing the training session for the first time or repeating it for updated validation, otherwise it becomes a little repetitive. Some of the information regarding passwords is not particularly useful, such as how to create a distinctive and separate password each time, so more tips on how to use password protection services/apps might be helpful. A practical test might also be valuable; which of these email addresses would you be least likely to trust, what would you expect to see in this email/web address, for example
I have a better understanding of the new cyber threats (and associated terminology) and renewed understanding of why vigilance is needed at all times.

informative - i felt i had learnt a few things since completing it Test questions were a challenge
This was a well made and informative training session that was clearly presented. I learnt a lot of new information from watching it. As a digital alien who lacks confidence when using his computer, I most certainly needed this training However, I did find that the content encouraged me to think that even switching on my computer was replete with danger and that whatever I do, my security is almost certain to be compromised. Since viewing this session I have become almost hypervigilant and lack belief in any notification that appears on my screen, fearing that it might be a scam. I also feel that it is very unlikely that anyone adheres to all the precautions recommended in the video. If they did, they would never be able to work efficiently online. In short, thank you for informing me but go easy on the fear factor!
The sections are long enough if you are aware of most of the training already but was informative enough if you are unaware of some of the problems that could be created
