Too much time is spent talking about good practice that organisations should enable for their staff, but staff cannot apply this if the systems they use don't have MFA or there is no Password Manager. This makes the course long, and people will lose confidence in all the material if they aren't able to implement parts of it. The mention of VPNs is just plain wrong. Simply using a VPN service when working on public Wi-Fi does not increase security any more than the other measures such as checking for HTTPS, expected URLs etc. Also, a VPN may be used for remote access to corporate resources. Using a VPN like this from a public WiFi might actually be higher risk. The term VPN no longer has the same common meaning it had five years ago, so it really needs reviewing in this course.
The information was good, but watching it in a whole load of 2 minute videos where the speaker talks very slowly is pretty draining. I don't know how long it was overall, but if it could have been in 3 10/15 minute blocks with questions in-between, and the option to put it on 1.75x speed would have really helped me concentrate. As it was, it was extremely dull and difficult to pay attention to.

The content of the course is good and clear. However the insistence on having to listen to someone, rather than read the text is beyond annoying. Different people learn different ways and assuming that watching and listening is the best method is unhelpful. Some people learn best by reading. The option to choose would help a great deal and also make it easier to review the sections if needed. Some information is basic, other information more complex. Allowing the learner the choice would give them the option to spend time on the areas they are less clear about rather than the choice being the trainer. The current approach encourages people not to listen and do other things at the same time.

Some of the definitions are wrong, for example, spear-phishing, the correct answer is incorrect in the quiz. Further reading on this from the likes of Kaspersky would be beneficial. Training failed to address several other means by which individuals attempt to steal money or information. Email spam is rather 'last year'. In vogue at the moment are the social media 'bots' and sms from 'jbixz.royal-mail.com claiming that a parcel is ready for collection but they need your money first.... Banking fraud is the largest percentage of computer or E-Crime in the UK, nothing in the course about that.
Yes quite helpful but I found the presenter rather monotone - sleep inducing
Good clear information but I learn better through reading so would have preferred the option to skip the video and just read the transcript.
