mostly information any 6 year old knows, and the rest is irrelevant.
It contained too many sections that were very short and could have been merged into one section. There was also a lot of repetition.
Good passwords are not 9-14 characters long. See Randall Munroe's discussion of this. Maximise the entropy. Most;ly, that means increasing the length but in a non-predictable way. The only good bit about the password section was the advice to use a password manager.
