Now I learn things about customer service
Good overall content. Clearly explained. Idealised scenarios and failed to recognise that many people find non verbal communication such as eye contact, smiling difficult and that diversity should embraces many different styles of appearance / cultural expression. Worked in many different roles where there is no flexibility ( eg scripted , timed phone calls) & lack of managerial support or willingness to communicate on issues arising.

Please can you make it possible for all the training videos to be able to skip straight to the test section. The videos are useful but it’s very frustrating not being able to skip them and just do the test.
This training positivity helps every employer even if they are from any sector of work.
