Hi, Today I have done my test and achieved 87% Mark's in first attempt. It was very easy and interesting test. The first 10 questions were so easy but the last 5 were little bit complicated. It will make you confused. I think if you add more videos in to it, it will help because too much reading and listening people forget and dont pay attention, that what was that about. Any topic with any helpful example video's will helps. Over all it was really good explained about conflict resolution.
very useful for work peers but was hoping for some conflict training for finding a solution when the customers are being aggressive. I understand they are having a bad day but i struggle when they shout at me and on how to resolve it in a calm and professional way.
I found this Training very useful in solving conflicts and differences in a work environment. It was very informative although so questions in the test, were rather tricky as I added the incorrect answer to 3 of them. However I like the clear style of the video and production layout and the short videos which made the Training less demanding to study.
It’s really off putting to have “ harassment “ mispronounced in all your videos

I found the course useful and informative but very focused on neurotypical behaviour, particularly "Positive body language" section. Neurodiverse staff will find it difficult, draining or impossible to exhibit such behaviour and the training should reflect that.
