Think it's a sad day when you learn nothing new. I'm of an age when these were not available and there's no question as to the benefits.
The guidance provided is too basic for my purposes.
It was informative and helpful, but I expected it to be a video presentation rather than just info slides. Good supporting resources.

Very relevant and of support to all when thinking/undertaking appraisal
This course was really helpful in my preparation for conducting my team's appraisals. Even though I have previous training it has been a few years so a refresh was much needed for me to feel equipped to support my team better.
