Found this very interesting & enlightening, done appraisals before but had little training so i noted the good techniques/requirements in order to conduct effective appraisals - very useful & quick training tool that will come in very useful.

Interesting training course because you have to read the information as opposed to being told by a trainer. This helps the trainee to show that they have understood the instruction, I found this very refreshing.
A staff appraisal is a management tool to help support employees in their professional development. Focusing around an appraisal meeting, this is management's chance to determine how an employee is coping and what they might need to be better at their job in a more precise and actionable way.

This course has helped me prepare with confidence for appraisal meetings which I have never had to do before. It’s guidelines on what should and shouldn’t be discussed in these meetings was very useful.
