Good overview as a beginners guide to conducting appraisals. However, Line Managers may need more in depth training on reporting systems to enable them to complete a useful appraisal
I found the text course very clear and informative. It explained what an appraisal is, why we should do them, how we should do them in a very clear way. providing the ling for implementing appraisals was helpful too.
As above good course, always good to remember smart goal setting. Letting the appraisee know they are valued and it is a two way process.
I really liked how flexible and accessible it was to my needs. The information was presented in a clear and easily understood way. There are short "tests" which really helped my to reinforce my learning.
Hard to engage and maintain interest when you are just reading off a screen, I just skimmed through the words as I did with "Recognizing value of your team"
