I had not considered the difference between bullying and harassment before, it was explained in a very clear way
Interesting to know how detailed this section of the course goes into.
Good to remove and make people aware of what any form of bullying or harassment which in any workplace or other environment is not acceptable and to learn people at all levels to respect and care for their associates.

Would recommend SM's to do the same and also roll out similar course on disciplinary procedures. It would be good to have more downloadable content for future reference.
