I am not clear whether the employer has a responsibility for third-party harassment.

Delivery style is tedious. Information is given in a way that is easily forgotten as soon as listened to. I prefer harassment to have the emphasis on the first syllable and not this modern second syllable way that puts an Ass in harassment. Either/or is a choice between two, not between a list of four alternatives.
