It was really well delivered and reasonably easy to understand the difference between bullying and harassment.
....and sets a clear understanding between bullying, victimisation and harassment and how we should behave amongst ourselves in the workplace and what can be done to prevent or stop bullying in the workplace.
The training covers all the terminology, their meaning and how you can best prepare yourself if you encounter such discrimination. The Q's at the end further embed your knowledge.
A clear distinction is made between bullying and harassment and of subtly different types and levels. How to deal with bullying and harassment and steps which can be taken to prevent these behaviors is also covered. I particularly liked the mid-course questions which are followed with a correction or confirmation video - this seems to be a small, but useful, innovation by iHasco
I find the IHasco training to be easy to follow and have learnt a bit more about Bullying and Harassment in the workplace from this particular course. It is also handy to have the transcript at the bottom of the video.

hi i found this course very interesting I find there is a fine line between bullying and harassment it can get very confusing.
A very informative course that that is a good reminder of the sort of working environment that as a collective, we should all be striving to achieve and be a part of.
