I found this course clear and easy to follow, to the point and informative. Very well put together.

Clear and to the point.

My summary of this course is that it is certainly an eye opener and makes you stop and think about your teams behaviours as well as your own. A lot of what I learnt was how unaware a lot of people can be has to the effects of their words or actions can result in with regards to how other people perceive them. Makes you realise, think about your words and actions and accept they could cause great distress to someone who may find inappropriate, and also could have harmful consequence's.

Clear, helpful and concise advice.

The BHT course is a useful guide to identifying and managing cases of alleged and actual bullying and harassment. Once you have completed the course you will have the requisite skills and knowledge to manage a wide range of cases, utilise mediation, and support victims of bullying and harassment. The time invested in this course will repay itself many times over during your career.
