Acquainted me with both direct and indirect negative behaviour.
Very informative, clearly laid out and easy to follow. The time / length of presentation is also appropriate and you could easily watch and lunch. The test at the end is a good idea as it keeps you alert during the presentation sections
Found the slides and context interesting and to the point. Course not too long.
It made me aware of the difference between harassment and bullying. It also outlined clear categories and ways to combat any issues that may arise.
