A clear and simply instruction which covers the key points relating to Bullying and Harassment. Not heavily burdened with jargon, but both visually, audibly and graphically supportive for the training
Having completed the course, I now have a good overall understanding of the differences of bullying and harassment which wasn't fully clear to me previously. And it is good to know there is a zero tollerence for this.

Infact this course has really enlightened my knowledge of Bullying and harassment and the the best ways to Tackle it. It has opened my eyes to knowing the difference between Bullying and harassment at work place and the best procedures to deal with it calmly. I rate this course 5star because it worth even more than just a 5star
