Good as far as it goes

This course talks about the impact on the victim, but not the bully. You discuss how a grievance may not be upheld but not the effect this has on the person accused, their mental health, the perception of them in the workplace by the management team, and how they will move forward. You talk about workplaces being inclusive, but do not include this scenario.

there is nothing worse then being bullied and some people go through most of their life being bullied i believe there should be more support for people in general this course would help a lot of people to know that they are not alone and there is help available

Completing this course certainly makes you take ownership of of your own actions around the work place, behaviour breads behaviour and you as a person should always HELP and don't HINDER. The majority of people spend 75% of work life at work so we should all welcome each other with the kindness, support and respect at all times.
