It was 44 minutes of being talked at with only 4 points of interactivity through the course. Online learning can be so much better than this with matching / gap fill and other activities etc to reinforce learning along the way. It was unengaging and even after the course and reading the additional material a couple of the specific terms remain unclear to me.
Unskippable videos are completely unnecessary when subject matter is relevant to workplace.
Too high level and simplistic - more real life examples and working through a case would be helpful. investigations barely mentioned.
