Course way too long

29mins to complete course is inaccurate, it's taken me 2 and a half hours to make notes throughout and be able to answer the questions that are written in a way to trick you not test your knowledge. As an employee I'm meant to do this during work hours but almost half a day for one topic is too long.

Force

No consideration of accessibility to those who do not learn from watching videos; forcing people to sit and wait while a slowly acted out scene plays through.I get bored waiting for something to finish and move onto work, having to come back just to click next.Videos should allow skipping or at least changing the speed of playback. Also, why can we not just skip to the test?

Forced to watch videos

Unable to skip or speed up videos. Forced to sit and wait for them to finish. If you prefer to read content, you will have finished the transcript and be sat there waiting for minutes while the video finishes... by that time you've already lost focus and found something else to do.Not very accessible nor understanding of different people's preferences to absorbing information or learning.

Macedonian language is missing

Аll such courses should be solved in their mother tongue, it is ridiculous and offensive to expect the course to be successfully completed and with good results in foreign language.

Far too long

Training is dull, laborious and too long.Having already done the same identical training previously this is a loss to the business of productive working time.

Labours the point

Despite reading the transcripts, I can't progress to the next section without watching the video as well. With 32 sections, this swiftly becomes extremely tedious.
