Clearly the customs officials, immigration people, taxi drivers and hotel staff in some overseas countries need this training…locked in a taxi until "dash" aka "baksheesh" or BRIBE was paid to be let out even after paying the fare….local children asking for "a present" to make sure the car wasn't robbed/damaged etc. same at police check point….pay cash "fine" to pass through: receipt? no…speak to superior… no—gift cadeau or prison or sticks until present given……lots of things happen after leaving Dover….
