I thought the course was good, it was short and did not require too much of my time which kept me more engaged. However, I feel quite a lot of the course included a lot of obvious things which I already knew, however it did recap and remind me the correct way in sending emails.

Clear and concise

This could easily be a subject you would presume you'd know inside out but the host laid out every aspect really clearly. Useful sections were tailoring emails to be either professional or personal and most appropiately for me, how to get to the point more concisely to not take up people's time as much.

I THINK THAT IT GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE STARTING A NEW CAREER IN AN OFFICE, BUT MOST THINGS ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND

Would appreciated a bit more depth

Phishing; scam checks etc., would have been useful as very basic. This was not reflective of all other courses tried which are excellent

Too Basic

This might have been useful in the 80s or maybe now, for octagenarians who have never used a computer before. It doesn't cover writing skills and should be retitled: What is e-mail and how do I use it? However, the presentation format and the content delivery system is very good.
