If I was working on the roof of the Bibby Stockholm there would still be more concern for the residents inside!!!
The training is useful, but we do not always work from heights. There are a lot of things we should know, but use very little. A balance should be kept, from high users to moderate users training.
No mention of safety harnesses for working at height. This is essential for working at height offshore.
Way too much info on working outside from a height!! We work inside with foot stools and to the extent lensons, and some staff working with machinery over 2 metres high, this slide doesnt fit what we do in our working practice i.e scaffolding , thought it didnt apply to our in our job!!

This is ok as an introduction to working at heights, but in person on the job training is the only way to properly train safely at height.
