Was a good interesting coarse , just thought it could have come across a bit more upbeat .

I felt that this module was of no relevance to my job,but I had to complete it to move on to the next section

Excessive amount of short videos makes learning disjointed.

I thought the course was good, covered most WAH topics except safety harness. if it contained a section on how to wear a safety harness and basic harness inspection it would be a 5 star course

There must be a better way to get the information across, found myself losing interest in the content. Not very good on normal PC with background noise

Ive done the same course so many times, you should be able to resit a refresher and test not keep doing the same thing year after year.

I found that watching the videos very long.and then doing the exam. I’m not sure one of the questions was actually mentioned in the videos, the one regarding what was the distance to be kept away at height from electric pylon’s.

Very good introduction for somebody who has never been involved with WAH operations before, but otherwise very basic and I wouldn't rely on this as the basis for any competency of an operative on site
