This was interesting, but not as useful as the other two.

I found the course to be quite long and laborious. I also find the iHASCO courses in general to not be very user-friendly, having to constantly click onto the next slide/click play etc.
The course was too long for someone who rarely needs to work at height and even if i did it would be using basic equipment such as a ladder.
The content is good but using a video to teach it is poor. It is boring and hard to remain focused on, having several short videos does make it bearable but it would be much better presented and engaging if it was taught in person. I have completed four of these on line videos in the last 2 weeks and it just feels like a tick box exercise.

Basic course OK, but wouldn't run on internet explorer. Stopped halfway through test, had to log back on and start again.
The course presenter's voice was monotone and expressionless, it was too obvious that he was reading from a script and sent me to sleep - literally!

The lack of reference material following completion of the course means that there is nothing to look back upon to refresh your memory if necessary particularly for persons carrying out risk assessments. Most people will not be familiar with HSE ACoPs or guidance and therefore will struggle.
