This course I found particularly enlightening in that I was aware of bias's, both with myself and others yet didn't really understand them or how to react to them. Having completed this course, I feel much more informed and understanding around bias and what we can do as managers to encourage the right attitudes and thoughts in both our workplace and personal lives too.

Good length but covered the content really well, and in a way that really makes you think about your biases and how to challenge them.
I enjoyed this course - it was accessible and the slides weren't over-long. The presenter was clear throughout and I felt that the course encouraged thoughtful reflection without being dictatorial or patronising.
Found the course very eye opening, it made me realise to look at each situation differently and with an open approach
