Brought biases to my attention that I didn't know existed.
I found this course very interesting. On the whole I try to make sure I don't assume things about people but it made me aware of 2 people who I have made automatic judgement s about and will try to do something about this going forward.
I will be more conscious of first impressions of people.

I've learned that "unconscious bias" could be re-defined as "learning from experience" which makes it seem good rather than bad. These things come in and out of fashion. I'd rather not give it stars but that seems not to be an option.
