Animations and the visual images presented the material well and gave food for thought. Handouts, in the additional materials were very useful and informative, have downloaded them to keep for future reference. Indeed, could be good material for using when working with young people.
a good and understandable course
'You don't have to be bad to be better' is something I was once told and it really works here. I challenge my thoughts and beliefs already, but it doesn't hurt to be reminded and it stops you from falling back into bad habits. I do try to take people at face value and not listen to other people's opinions of someone, but it's not always easy, especially if that person has a strong character or is well liked/respected within the organisation. This training also lines up with other recent training where 'be kind' is the overall message and I think that works here too.

Really easy to remember with great examples shown in different and useful formats. I've done the course together with a colleague who can't read and he found it very helpful and accessible.
