3/5
A well designed and presented course

The course was clearly presented and arranged to allow for different learning speeds. The "take aways" from the course are very useful in my day-to-day work and I will begin to use these immediately.

Good layout and useful resources

Found the content enlightening as most of us are unaware of the bias we employ. ACT is a very useful method to make us think before jumping to false conclusions. All parts of the course followed a logical pattern which enabled learning and provoked thought.

5/5
Well structured and focused

I liked the training. In particular listening before seeing the people proved to be an effective exercise. The videos are clear and at a good pace. Very satisfied of the content in general too.

5/5
Very engaging and informative

As stated, it was very engaging and informative. The use of various examples to highlight our pre-existing assumptions was very good.

Not useful

Online learning does not suit my learning style and I did not enjoy completing this course. Additionally, the PC that I use does not have sound and therefore the sound clips were particularly ineffective.

2/5
very stop start

I found constantly having to click next frustrating and i'd adjusted the volume at the start but then had to do it on every clip. Breaking it down into sections is fine but the clips are just so short it becomes annoying.Practical exercises are better than regurgitating what we've just been told.
