Overall this training took a very detailed and difficult topic and made it easier to digest. Unconscious bias training can often have a divisive impact on teams and individuals and provoke fragility or uncomfortable feelings. However this training made the topic more reassuring with a shared responsibility - something that is tricky to do so well done! My feedback is that some of the questions in the test were trickier to manage as someone with autism as the repetition of sentences and very subtle changes to the sentences made it more difficult to process the question in a linear way (which is how I think they needed to be answered!) This made some of the potential answers blur.

A very informative course that is well and logically delivered. I’ve definitely learnt something which is always good.
