A well-designed and presented course on approaches to recognise and think through actions and strategies for countering unconscious bias. Some difficulties with the audio inhibited some mini-videos.

Would benefit from more information about the consequences of bias in the work place. This session would be good as a precursor to a training session that involved discussion.

Really made me aware of my unconscious bias. Quite scary to recognise these biases as it can be so negative and harmful. This is an important awareness course that if people can learn to ACT we can be hopefully make a positive contribution to changing a negative culture in the workplace, everywhere and for everyone.

Good materials with a relevant focus and structure. Try to avoid having the right answers in text always as the first choice.

It made me think about the biases I have and also the ones I'm unaware of. It also challenged me to give more thought to how I react to people in general.

Interesting module, but on behalf of many people, was that a real tattoo?

A useful refresher on the importance of challenging our unconscious bias', practicing self awareness and treating people fairly.

The training was very interactive an engaging. I learnt quite a lot about biases and the type of biases. I taught us how to deal with our biases in a very brief way.
