Wasting my time

Why do we have to keep doing all these online courses when there is enough to do with the day to day job.

2/5
Necessary

I must say I didn't like this, though it complies with government requirements. I think stress is the wrong target; you're at work to get a job done and that involves pressure and deadlines. Real stress comes from being made redundant, having to find a new job and for managers it's dealing with declining corporate income. I would say the real issue is training someone sufficiently so that they can cope as well as possible with the job they are being asked to do.

Stress-inducing, counterproductive

Making this test compulsory, given that I'd already done it recently, actually caused me more stress. Sending this negative feedback is causing me stress.Slide 23 in particular was a complete waste of time ("here's why pets are good!") Being stressed is a terrible reason for getting a pet.

2/5
Overwhelming.

Too much information and I don't absorb facts well from just videos. I had to cut and paste ALL of the transcript into a Word document... and even then I had to guess at some of the answers at the end. After about 3 clips all I am hearing is "blah, blah, blah". The lack of downloadable notes is really bad. Not all of us learn by simply watching and/or listening - some of us need to read printed material a few times in order to absorb the information fully. Trying to learn like this is not good at all for somebody suffering from depression, anxiety and PTSD, as I am.

Makes those with stress, more stressed

I don't think the first section was well done. As someone who suffers with anxiety and stress, the format was not gentle. I walked away thinking okay, I'm going to get everything because I'm stressed (i.e.. cancer) which made me feel more stressed. Same with the tool where you click what symptoms you have. There were so many boxes and every time it went on to a new page I felt more anxious. At the end where its a slow bar moving up to tell you how stressed you are - I think that's really poorly done considering the topic.

2/5
Repetitive - again!

Yet more repetition of material on other courses from the same provider. I keep leaving negative feedback, and the pop up page says "someone will be in touch about your comments" but it never happens, so I don't think iHasco care about the feedback they receive. Disappointing as you think they might pay attention to the comments about training from a teaching professional. Next time I am going to leave something really silly in my feedback (unless the course is good) to see if they are reading them.

Repetitive

I'm afraid I found this course repeated ideas from other courses from the same provider. Possibly not a problem, but I get emails every Monday badgering me to do more courses in excess of the number my boss stipulated. Inevitable that I will start to see repetition under these circumstance.

Not visually comfortable

I found the graphics and background sound effects quite disturbing

Aims to be helpful.

In my opinion, this training would be more suited to office workers. Theoretically, this aims to be helpful but in a room of thirty 5 year-olds it would be more diffficult to put into practice. The sections about sitting correctly are good advice but are space and money dependant.

Repetative

Could have been briefer
