I feel this training is useful and helpful with the techniques given.
As awareness raising, it's fine for those who have not addressed this, but it has not of any use to me, who has a long history of public speaking and has trained others in this.

A simple overview on how to talk with confidence, in a calm and considered manner, it gives the basics and also acts as a refresher for anyone who already speaks in public, well presented and simple to follow, thanks
