Few good tips on how to appear and build confidence
A good guide to speaking with confidence and help you realise your self worth
this is a difficult subject to tackle as a training piece and the iHasco course covers it very well, as usual !
Enjoyable
Particularly enjoyed the bit about paying attention as I was almost falling asleep at this point. Thankfully it was a short course!
