Dissapointed

Unfortunately this particular training session froze on me quite a few times. Pressed the wrong answer on two by mistake moving my laptop to check router. Tried to retake the test, sat through the whole session again, it wouldn't let me retake it even though all the categories are completed. It just keeps coming up with a message to revisit any sections missed. Sat through the whole session again in the hope it would let me retake the test, again it wouldn't let me. Really disappointing as I don't like not getting 100% and I would really like to improve my score. For some reason even though at the beginning it states you can retake the test, this particular one doesn't allow you access to do so. Many thanks & kind regards

Difficult to make it interesting.

It did the job.

Kept stopping and starting

The course itself had relevant information but the frustrating thing was when I started the quiz it froze twice after answering questions and then had to go back to beginning.

too long

way too long, why all the questions on statistics? surely just stick to the essentials- take responsibility, who to report problems to and learn how to use equipment properly. Also, would prefer to have the questions throughout not at the end

slow

I learn much better from reading than listening so can't you make it that you can just read and go through the transcripts?

Too Many Sections

Useful, but didn't need to be broken into 37 parts. Step Ladder and Ladder sections couldve been combined for example.

Did what it said on the tin...

This covered all of the main elements of Health and Safety relating to this particular hazard. Some of the content was interesting, although most of it was common sense.

We need courses for the maritime field

Most of the trainning was very interesting. But in the maritime, especialy onboard ships the risk is more high as the workplace is always in movement and not steady. So if possible to give courses suitable for this working environment.
