Really informative on how to deal with unwanted behaviour. A great learning tool.
It has given me extra clarification of the term Sexual harassment, I was unaware it also related to people who were indirectly affected by the harassment.

Sexual Harassment is something that is based on the recipient's feelings on every interaction. We should be protected by our employer and be responsible for ourselves as well.
