Like video training. like you can start stop and rewind. I hate having to read loads of information. Find it easier with my dyslexia to watch a video course. If reading I tend to switch off and have to go back and try again. Like this way of training it is clear and set at a good learning pace.

took the edge off of setting goals not only for yourself but for those you manage as you can work on them together. this is good for all to see then goals would be much more effective, achievable and meaningful
