Brief introduction to a few goal setting techniques.
I do not think I have ever been so annoyed at a training video as this, the patronizing nature of the whole thing is incredibly irritating and I had to force myself not to walk away in anger several times, do think this was a total waste of time and as usual it appears to be made for kindergarten students rather than adults adding to the irritation.
The way this is presented does not suit everyone and made me disengage with this course
A total waste of my time when I have real work to do, this will not keep the place running or change faulty parts any quicker. think airy fairy won't get the job done
Like all companies ICTS try to push "training" onto it's staff where it doesn't have any relevance what so ever. This is probably the WORST version of "Setting Goals Training" I have ever completed. Totally POINTLESS yet again.
