5/5
Excellent coverage

I found it very useful to have the details explained of local and international trips. There were lots of things that I had not thought to cover which I will now put into place. The pace and content of the course were were excellent.

5/5
A lot not relevant and basic

Videos were rather monotonous and time consuming particularly when a class based teacher. Yes important but limited time available and must be better ways to present the relevant info. A lot was very basic and obvious almost teaching us 'to suck eggs'. Key points only needed.

3/5
Extremely long

Although this covers a vast array of information regarding school trips a lot of the information is common sense or already known to those who go on trips. The course is an hour long and could easily be condensed into a much shorter course ensuring first aid, risk assessing and general info such as insurance is covered. Or it could be split into 2 courses, one covering local trips and a second covering residential as residential (domestic or abroad) is not needed by all teaching staff.

Well done

Really helpful tool to learn

4/5
Took way too long.

This could all be accomplished far quicker and more effectively. Why are TED talks the length they are? The information is fine but why take so long to put it across and then assess. Twenty minutes is achievable and could be far more positive.

1/5
Easy to use

Very detailed, quite long videos, some topics could have been summarised so that they are shorter.

3/5
easy

might as well have just read it all in 2 minutes as it was all pretty common sense stuff
