Brilliant, thorough, interesting and comprehensive course for anyone new to leading a trip. Puts people at ease more having learnt all of this in the course
I appreciate the fact that there is somebody reading the script. I prefer that to having to read it myself as I learn better with the sound/voice.
Clearly explained and generally relevant to my needs. Not sure I would continue with the silly hats though.
