Not sure how it could be shortened but I found it too long and at times I switched off because of this. Perhaps different speaker at different points? More interactive tasks rather than lots of audio?
This course was very good and took you through the various steps required to understand safer Recruitment. It was less interactive than the NSPCC course which has some example scenarios to work through but still covers what is needed.

The training was very informative and important to understand the laws, policies and procedures involved in Safer Recruitment in Education.
A very clear course that makes each stage explicit. Particularly strong on the elements outside the actual recruitment process that are very relevant.
Not sure all the information was entirely based on the latest version of KCSIE.
Quite lengthy for the actual key content. Could be shorter.
