As a first time user, I found this course very easy to follow and I liked the summary at the end of each module.
The training was very informative and comprehensive. However, there was a lot of information to take in and I would have benefited from short test throughout. I can definitely see why all involved in recruitment should undertake this training.
The online course was very informative, I enjoyed the questions after the initial session. The test was presented well with the information provided to support was excellent.
I could not generate a certificate at the end or using the main menu after completion. Very frustrating!!
