Good, thought provoking course

This course was a nice balanced perspective and suggested some positive ways that may help people adjust to returning to the office.

Informative and useful

I have been unable to work from home for most of the last year due to work space, facilities and frustration of not being able to break/brief team face to face. So I haven't had an issue in returning to work. Most of what's in the course has been put in place and we have had a very safe environment with procedures which follow Gov guidelines and our risk assessment. The course was nevertheless a useful reminder.

Course content good

The course content was good but the length of the course in my opinion was too long. I found it disengaging due to the length of it. I believe that it would be better a little more condensed. I can see that the content will be generally more beneficial to younger members of staff, in my opinion. I personally didn't find it useful.

It was very informative and interesting

I found the video helpful with the tips that it provided, making small changes in the evening to help the following morning, mindfulness to help with anxiety etc and also ways to keep positive and motivated.

Basic but helpful.

Nothing too insightful but a useful set of reminders.

Good common sense advice

Good positive advice on returning to work although very minimal information regarding staff with conditions causing them to shield. Managers may refer to this training which doesn't really offer advice on treating people on shielding list.
