Excellent in regard to safeguarding one's mental health, and pointing out the dangers that are inherent if driving yourself too hard in the workplace. The point of conversing your feelings was touched upon a number of times during the duration of the course; and it was refreshing to note that such a method could be endorsed within firms, corporations and other places of work.

'Normalises' mental health problems and gives good advice on spotting things not only in others but in yourself. Helps you realise that you need to take responsibility for your own mental health but you are not alone. The biggest message is talk to someone.

I enjoyed the training. I think business in general should not see online training on such serious and important issues as Mental Health being a cure all for staff, that a box has been ticked to make staff aware before anything happens, as business has a duty of care for staff workplace well being too. Other than that, I enjoyed the training, I learnt some new pointers from it, so all good.

Enjoyed the contents of this bite size course.
