The course combined clear and informative text with an authoritative commentary without coming over as patronising. The content gave me a much better idea of the concerns of those with mental health illnesses and I found the additional resources helpful - particularly in the mental health toolkit.
The course give a very good insight to courses of mental health and how to prevent.
This was a really good training course that covered the mental health in a good tone and will be happy for this to go company wide to help educate all employees.
