Makes aware of how you are doing at your place or with your work you are doing.
Lots of repeating throughout

The graphics and content generally kept me interested enough, as did the presenters. It did feel a bit like something I would show children though. Needs some real world, rather than cartoons. It has potential and could be more fun, less childish and more serious and statistical. It was a bit longer than you would like from this format of training. A test after each section may be better for taking in the information, rather than the questions being disjointed.
It is a really useful and interesting introductory course when understanding mental health. The additional resources and links were useful and will be used again for information and support.

Mental health has been very much in focus in recent years. We are all aware of the importance of talking to somebody if and when you find yourself struggling. I thought this course ticked a lot of the boxes in terms of informing people what things to look out for and how to help themselves if you ever felt the need. There are some good tools available to download too.
A good introduction to the world of issues and areas one can be aware of . Learning about how the mind works the cause and effects is very educational , it certainly makes one think about certain aspects that trigger certain symptoms.
I found the mental health on line training interesting and relevant considering that I myself am living with bipolar disorder.
