good course

A very good course for those not suffering from mental health issues to help raise awareness. For those already suffering from a mental health issue (and receiving treatment), this may be of limited use. A few helpful reminders of things you may wish to try again/ get back into the habit of. The idea of having a WAP is very good and should be adopted by employers as good practice (not something optional the employee may choose to do)

Good

Overall interesting and informative, though I did find it a bit pastronising.

4/5
Good practical tips

Good in general. Good on practical tips on dealing with mental health problems. Need to guard against coming over as patronising at times.

Simple, Effective, Informative

I found the course useful as a broad overview and a reminder for people to be aware of their own (and their colleagues) mental health. I hope it will help people to speak more openly to destigmatize mental health issues. I do feel that some things were not described in full - I think CBT and Anxiety could have been explained slightly better but that is just a minor comment. It certainly gives everyone a basic level of understanding which is needed and it shared information about how to access support.

Very well presented

I really enjoyed this training and its good to know that my employer cares about my mental health. There were some good tips, which I have known about , but nice to be reminded of.
