Good course, well presented which helps to dismiss some of the taboo attached to discussing mental health.
Found the video's very informative - with out being overbearing - which enabled the information given to be retained. PDF printouts really good - colourful and contain a lot of information .
I really enjoyed the training, the downloads are very useful. I hope i can remember all of the information so i can go on to help others in the workplace.

Very clear and informative with great recommendations.
Been a Supervisor/Manager for 25+ years but this issue wasn't as high profile then as it is now so, extremely informative.
The explanations of the causes of mental ill health and what could be done to help people were very clear. My only criticism is that it explains that a company has to make adjustments to support people in maintaining good mental health. There is an important word missing, however, and that is 'reasonable'. We are obliged to make reasonable adjustments that can be accommodated by the business.
