Been a Supervisor/Manager for 25+ years but this issue wasn't as high profile then as it is now so, extremely informative.
The explanations of the causes of mental ill health and what could be done to help people were very clear. My only criticism is that it explains that a company has to make adjustments to support people in maintaining good mental health. There is an important word missing, however, and that is 'reasonable'. We are obliged to make reasonable adjustments that can be accommodated by the business.

Will be advising this to be rolled out to our frontline staff, should provide a good baseline for early action should it be needed.

An interesting and informative course, just the right length, and the test at the end is a good way to recap on the course contents.
A really informative and handy 'toolkit' to have for both work and home related issues.
Good general high level training providing managers with the starting tools, promoting managers to think of their own and teams mental health. As well as providing information on the signs to look out for, it also provides ideas on how small and inexpensive actions can help prevent or help you deal with situations, thoughts or activities. Improving your overall well-being. Thank you!
Give excellent information on how to manage colleagues well being and mental health in the work place.
