I found the programme to be very informative and I can see where I have been lifting incorrectly and am now glad to have the knowledge how to hopefully avoid a back injury. I feel disappointed with myself that I got caught out on the back questions though! Thank you.

The material was set out clearly, logically and could be worked through with sense to the end. Did not take too long.

I especially found the section on how the back works helpful.

Video footage very clear and precise

My one complaint would be that there was no indication of how long it would take to complete the course. I had allowed thirty minutes but that was insufficient so I had to suspend the session and resume it on another day. If you had stated that it could take up to one hour I would only have started it when I knew I had an hour to spare.

The program is a great tool for covering everyday manual handling needs, the videos show the simplicity of getting the lift right first time and allows the user to re-address a 'common sense approach' to moving and lifting.

A very good training programme, easy to understand and follow.

The course material was very easy to follow and use. The content made it clear that taking care when lifting objects is not just for work, but also the home and anywhere else.

It was easy to do the Training Programme even for me as I don't feel confident on the computer. Most of the points it made you already know but don't do.

Easy to understand, easy to navigate around the programme, clear instructions. Good videos that clearly guide you on how to complete manual handling tasks safely.
