A very good training programme, easy to understand and follow.

The course material was very easy to follow and use. The content made it clear that taking care when lifting objects is not just for work, but also the home and anywhere else.

It was easy to do the Training Programme even for me as I don't feel confident on the computer. Most of the points it made you already know but don't do.

Easy to understand, easy to navigate around the programme, clear instructions. Good videos that clearly guide you on how to complete manual handling tasks safely.

Generally very good and easy to understand. Could possibly be more detailed as scenarios covered were fairly basic but presume these would be covered under addtional courses.

All on-line training packages should be like this! Clear and professional video's and on screen instructions. I liked the way that it was broken down into sections. This gave me time to digest the information and continue when i was ready for the next section. Well done!

The training was concise and relevant and very easy to use.

Very straight forward and clear. It did not talk down. It used examples of why you should watch it well convincing the user that the techniques demonstrated would be very useful in every day life.
