Important guide to everyday Techniques for protecting your back when lifting. Well structured easy to follow videos
A very well presented training programme. It was easy to follow and understand. The fact that you could return to any of the modules or back space the pages was an added bonus as was the fact that you could re-take the test if you had not passed to the required percentage.
The programme was very helpful, some of the training videos were slightly long when they didn't need to be. Overall the programme was efficent.
The format was simple to use with clear instructions and the opportunity to go back and review is very good
